Shipping policy
Once the item has been dropped off and shipped by the carrier service, GhostEmoto no longer has control over delivery times. Carrier services can be notorious for delays due to weather, technical issues, etc. and unfortunately this can happen.
If the order says "delivered" we suggest contacting your local carrier service to open a claim. We are not able to open a claim if the tracking shows "delivered".
Please contact GhostEmoto via email with any errors in address changes before the package has been shipped.
